By using PrimHive to find and hire service providers, you acknowledge and agree that:
• PrimHive is not an employer, agent, or contractor of any service provider listed
on the platform
• All service providers operate as independent contractors
• PrimHive does not verify customer identities, and interactions are at your own
discretion
• PrimHive is not liable for:
o Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from services renderedo
o Injury, theft, or misconduct during service delivery
o Misrepresentation by service providers
Customers are solely responsible for:

laws in the Republic of South Africa.
